Regulatory, Legal Affairs Recruitment Firm Is Launched In Singapore, Hong Kong

Larson Maddox, a recruitment firm concentrating on regulatory and legal business in the financial sphere and other sectors, has set up dedicated teams in Singapore and Hong Kong, having also launched in North America.
The focus on regulatory matters shows how compliance continues to be a big growth area in the financial sector jobs market, given the expansion of rules in Asia and other regions which continue a decade after the 2008 financial market crisis.
“We are very excited about the expansion into APAC,” Ian Yeung, head of Larson Maddox, Hong Kong, said in a statement.
“We are seeing a steady rise in hiring needs in the regulatory and legal sector despite the pandemic across multiple industries. With the lack of talent in the market, many companies find it challenging securing their business-critical regulatory legal talent. With expanding Larson Maddox to the APAC region, we can provide better assistance for companies that require integrated global-local services,” Yeung said.
The firm said it has already worked with clients in Asia before the launch, quoting a recommendation from Intesa Sanpaolo, the Italian banking group.
